Women's Precious Power (Women's Circle)
This monthly group, offering experiential exercises of mindfulness, sensory awareness, movement, and sitting in circle, will guide us to rest in, to listen to, and to derive strength from each other's precious power. We will explore our masculine as well as feminine energies. This group will give participants an opportunity to deeply relax and nourish essential self-care skills, providing space to support and cultivate compassionate activity for oneself and others. In nurturing our sacred ground of embodied presence and power, we will enable ourselves to wisely choose our offerings of presence and power to our world.
