THREE DECADES OF COMEDY with RAYMOND POZO & MIGUEL CÉSPEDES
Lehman Center for the Performing Arts is proud to present three decades of comedy with Raymond Pozo & Miguel Céspedes on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 8:00 pm! When it comes to humor and laughter, there are two names that immediately come to mind for Dominicans - Raymond & Miguel. These two talented comedians have taken the Dominican comedy scene by storm, bringing joy and laughter to audiences all over the world.

Lehman Center for the Performing Arts is on the campus of Lehman College/CUNY at 250 Bedford Park Boulevard West, Bronx, NY 10468. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Raymond & Miguel grew up in a culture that values humor and laughter. They were inspired by the great comedians of their time and knew from a young age that they wanted to make people laugh. They started their careers performing in local comedy clubs. In the 1990s, they met doing sketch comedy on The Caribe Show and quickly gained a following for their unique style of comedy.
Their chemistry on stage, complete with impeccable comedic timing, is undeniable. But their ability to connect with the audience is what really sets them apart from other comedians. Raymond & Miguel's humor is rooted in everyday situations that Dominicans can relate to. They tackle topics such as family, relationships, and cultural idiosyncrasies with a lighthearted approach that resonates with audiences. Their ability to find humor in the mundane is what makes them so beloved by their fans.
