The Friends of the Irvington Library invite the community to their annual Fall Book Sale, featuring thousands of gently used books, most priced at just $3. Visitors will find a wide range of titles—bestsellers, children’s favorites, cookbooks, art books, biographies, poetry, classics, and more—all cleaned, sorted, and ready for new homes. Every purchase directly supports public programs at the Irvington Library, including music and movement classes for babies, chess for kids, adult board game nights, knitting groups, yoga sessions, and the popular children’s summer reading program. Proceeds also help fund the library’s museum pass program, which offers free admission to outstanding institutions such as Dia Beacon, the Frick Museum, the Guggenheim, MoMA and MoMA PS1, the Intrepid Museum, Storm King, and others.
