Melissa Ziobro-Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music (Zoom)
Melissa Ziobro, the curator for the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music, will be discussing her work with the archives on Zoom for the Englewood Public Library on Monday, September 22 at 7 p.m. Melissa will provide an overview of the collection’s history, exhibits, and programs, and she’ll offer an update on the museum that is scheduled to open in 2026. This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Englewood Library.

The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music (BSACAM) at Monmouth University preserves the legacy of Bruce Springsteen and celebrates the history of American music and its diversity of artists and genres. The center serves as the official repository for Springsteen’s songs and other written works, plus photographs, periodicals, oral histories, recordings, films, and artifacts related to Bruce and the E Street Band. Additionally, Ziobro will discuss the Center’s museum exhibitions, seminars and educational workshops, concerts, and other public programs that explore the many forms of American music and their impact on our culture and national identity.
The collection holds close to 50,000 items dating from 1927 to the present. Monmouth University recently announced a new 30,000 square foot building to house the Archives, related exhibition galleries, and a 230-seat theater.
