Music and refreshments begin at 3 p.m., lineup at 3:45 p.m. The parade will be led from the park around Harwood Court. Entertainment before the parade will be provided by Hoff-Barthelson Music School, Bubble Show Plus and a Halloween magic show after the parade by Dave’s Cast of Characters.
