Sonic Sanctuary Sound Bath
Sonic Sanctuary Sound Bath is a deeply immersive evening of sound, breath, and vibration led by certified sound practitioner and lifelong musician Bob Frye of Querencia Soundworks. Using singing bowls, gongs, and conscious breathwork, this experience is designed to calm the nervous system, support deep relaxation, and create a restorative space for meditation and energetic balance.
Held at Quantum Healing & Wellness in Bedford Hills, this sound bath invites participants to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with a grounded state of awareness. The soothing tones and vibrational frequencies help quiet the mind, encourage meditative stillness, and promote a sense of renewal.
This event is open to all levels and requires no prior experience. Participants often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.
