Sacred Flow: Gentle Yoga & Chakra Balancing Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience designed to support relaxation, release, and energetic renewal.
This slow, accessible vinyasa practice emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and subtle energetic alignment. The class is intentionally gentle—welcoming all levels—and focuses on calming the nervous system while balancing the chakra system through intentional posture sequencing and breathwork.
Participants practice inside the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem), a supportive frequency environment that enhances relaxation and promotes a grounded, centered state. The session concludes with an immersive chakra-balancing sound bowl experience, allowing the body and mind to integrate the movement and settle into deep stillness.
