Join the Town of Monroe First Selectman, Terry Rooney, as he declares the Town of Monroe’s participation in commemorating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 2026. The America 250 | CT Commission, in collaboration with the Governor’s office, asked all 169 CT towns to participate in celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026.
