The event is open to all ages, with a special focus on older adults and their families. Attendees can enjoy a variety of wellness activities including pickleball, fitness classes, chair yoga, an Aqua Arthritis session, and seminars on aging and mobility. Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and those who pre-register by May 23 will be entered to win a free one-month senior membership. Pre-Registration is preferred.
