Senior Health and Fitness Day at the Darien YMCA on Wednesday, May 29th is a free special event dedicated to promoting wellness and active lifestyles among our senior community members. It includes various activities like fitness classes, health screenings, informational sessions, and social gatherings, all geared towards enhancing physical and mental well-being. It's a great opportunity for seniors to engage in fun activities, learn about healthy living, and connect with others in a supportive environment.
