Now through September 4, 2024, kids can get their required back to school vaccines at our Henry Street Clinic (137 Henry Street, Stamford, CT 06902). The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with extended hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For vaccines appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are required for well child physicals. Call (203) 977-5385 to schedule. No insurance is needed.
