FREE Back to School Vaccine Clinic

The City of Stamford Department of Health & Human Services has announced a FREE Back to School Vaccine Clinic for Stamford residents and Stamford Public School students. The clinic is regularly open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You can make an appointment during this time for your child’s vaccines. In addition, until September 4, we’re offering extended hours from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for this back to school vaccine clinic. The vaccines are always free for Stamford residents and Stamford Public School students now through September 4, 2024. No insurance needed. For vaccines appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are required for well child physicals. Call (203) 977-5385 to schedule. The following vaccines are available at the clinic: MCV | Hep A | Prevnar 20 | DTap | IPV | Hib | Tdap | Td | Pentacel (Dtap/IPV/Hib) | Hep B | Kinrix (Dtap/IPV) | MMR | MMRV | HPV | Varicella Please bring the required documents with you: For kids: Birth certificate or passport and Vaccine records (in English) For parents: Passport or driver’s license For caregivers (other than parent): Notarized papers that state legal connection of care for the child and Passport or driver’s license.
