Zumba to Zap Hunger
Zumba to Zap Hunger is an event hosted by Zumba Instructors Sandra Torres, Franci Torres, Pamela Arenas, Vanessa Kuduk, Jack Marquez, and Pablo Lopez. The event benefits New Covenant Center, a program of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County. New Covenant Center provides over 500,000 meals each year to our neighbors in need, serving the disadvantaged and hungry of Lower Fairfield County, 365 days a year. Nutritious hot meals are served daily in our Cafe, and families have bi-monthly access to fresh groceries in our Food Pantry.
The mission of New Covenant Center is to provide a nutritious meal to all those who are hungry. By creating a safe, warm and compassionate environment, we are taking the first steps toward empowering men, women and children to reach their full potential and regain their dignity and self-respect.
