Arts Wayland Presents: The Roadworn Ramblers
On Saturday, October 5th at the Vokes Theater in Wayland, treat yourself to a performance sponsored by Arts Wayland of The Roadworn Ramblers. The Roadworn Ramblers, part of Arts Wayland’s American Roots Music Series, is a band of musicians who've all seen and done a mile or two in previous bands and who have come together to perform the songs of the great American songwriters of the last 50 years. This is music you can sit back and enjoy, with a good melody and a universal human story to tell. These are the songs that last.
The Roadworn Ramblers are:
Pete Johnson, Rhythm guitar and vocals
Kat Brooks, Vocals and percussion
Jake Killoy, Bass
Tom Symancyk, Drums
Brent Clark, Guitar, Mandolin, and vocals
For October’s performance, Brice Buchanan will join the band on lead
guitar, along with some other surprise guests.
