Plus, a special character meet-and-greet! There will be a variety of construction trucks for children of all ages to explore. Event is free and open to the public. Located by Wegmans. (Note: Children should bring their own trick-or-treat bag. Children 12 and under. Must be accompanied by an adult. No inappropriate costumes or toy weapons.
