The Art of Health Care
Join us for a special cocktail reception on Thursday, June 5th at Fenway Park’s 521 Overlook to support NeighborHealth's commitment to delivering the care our neighbors need to live longer, healthier lives together. This annual event makes it possible for us to provide health care beyond the clinic to everyone who needs it.
During the event NeighborHealth will recognize its CATCH (Children’s Access to Coordinated Healthcare) program with the Advancing Health Equity Award to commemorate the program’s 30 years of innovative care for the most vulnerable members of our community. Established in 1995, the CATCH program provides a medical home for NeighborHealth’s pediatric patients with varying developmental and physical abilities.
Join us in honoring the program's many achievements in helping our most complex patients thrive, and uplifting CATCH’s commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate health care to all members of our community.
