Sugar Factory Boston: Love Is In The Air Special Menu and Takeover Through Feb. 21

WHAT: Sugar Factory Boston is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day - and Galentine’s Day - and beyond with a full takeover of heart-themed decor and an indulgent and Instagrammable menu, keeping the love going for over a month from now through February 21. 

From sweet treats to creative cocktails, this festive menu has something for everyone. Some highlights include:

• Love Struck Fettuccini: Fettuccini tossed in a creamy Alfredo pink sauce or a Red Alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese and topped with a toasted crostini.
• Sweetheart Mac and Cheese Pops: Hot Cheetos breaded and deep fried macaroni and cheese served with aged cheddar cheese sauce. 
• Valentine’s Sliders: Three Angus beef sliders, served with crispy onions, pickles , american cheese, signature Sugar Factory sauce with our Valentine's theme sliders buns.
• Sweetheart Stack: A fluffy pink buttermilk stack topped with a creamy Tres Leches pink sauce, fresh berries sprinkled with strawberry shortcake crumbs.
• Love Potion Sip: Hot Cocoa served in a homemade marshmallow rim mug then torched and topped with your choice of heart sprinkles or chocolate éclair crumbs.
• Piggy Barbie: A Valentine's Day punch of Casamigos Tequila, Prosecco and triple sec intertwined with orange and pineapple juices (and served in a ceramic piggy!) 
• Hugs and Kisses Espresso Martinis: A pretty and pink espresso martini made with vodka, smooth white chocolate and sweet strawberries. Paired perfectly with sweet kisses of Godiva, Kahlua and baileys cream. 
• And much more 

The restaurant will also be decked out in head-to-toe Valentine's Day decor throughout the season – perfect for the iconic Sugar Factory photo opps!

The Sugar Factory’s iconic Pink Room is also available for private events this season. The pink, cotton-candy-colored wallpaper is complemented by floral detailings, heart-candy prints, neon signage, and twinkling lights. With plush pink booths and flowery chandeliers hanging overhead, this room is the perfect destination for special celebrations. The Pink Room offers a dedicated bar and capacity for 50 guests, two separate bar areas that seat 34 guests, and an outdoor café with seating for 48 people adjacent to the luxurious greenhouse dining space decorated with crystal chandeliers.
