Tickets are now available for Newton Inspires, an annual fundraiser to benefit Newton Schools Foundation (NSF), which makes grants to advance equity and excellence across the Newton (MA) Public Schools.
Fascinating speakers with strong ties to Newton, including two prominent Newton Public Schools alums, will share their anecdotes and insights—and we will celebrate 10 years of NSF support for The Calculus Project in Newton Public Schools.
Tickets are $40 each and include a boxed meal. A closing reception will offer the opportunity to mingle with our speakers.
Our program will feature the following:
Misson Message: Dr. Adrian B. Mims, Sr., founder and CEO of The Calculus Project
Session Speakers (choose one):
Ms. Marguerite Fletcher, diversity consultant and attorney; or
Mr. Thom Solo (NPS alum), women’s shoe designer for style icons, in conversation with journalist and former style editor Ms. Jill Radsken
Keynote: Ms. Anike Tourse (NSHS ‘88), independent filmmaker and director and writer of “America’s Family”
We hope to see you at Newton South High School on March 14!
