VIRTUAL EVENT: “The Invention of Charlotte Brontë” with Author Graham Watson - Take Two!
Abbot Public Library is pleased to join Ashland Public Library in welcoming author Graham Watson to give a virtual talk about Charlotte Brontë on Monday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. Watson will be delving deeper into the primary sources, such as the manuscripts and letters, which informed his book, “The Invention of Charlotte Brontë.” Join us as Watson discusses Brontë’s life - the myths vs. reality - as well as his own research and writing of this fantastic book!
Registration is required to attend via Zoom - please register at tinyurl.com/Bronte-by-Watson. After registering for Zoom, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting online.

Graham Watson is a specialist in the Brontës and Elizabeth Gaskell, and he is currently researching Victorian literary identities at the University of Glasgow. He has published a number of papers in Brontë Studies and has recently joined the journal’s peer-review board. This is his first book. Watson lives in Glasgow.
