Integrating Diverse Texts to Support Multilingual Learners in Your School
You will learn how to craft instruction that is not just inclusive, but culturally and linguistically sustaining for every child. Carla will share a curated collection of children's books including bilingual texts that are meticulously chosen to deepen your understanding of identity, intergenerational connections, migration and immigration, community, and changemakers.
Attend in-person in Cambridge, MA or virtually for each session. Registration includes a copy of En Comunidad and access to the recording until July 1.
This workshop is part of a larger series designed to deepen your understanding of how to cultivate anti-bias and anti-racist practices in classrooms and schools. You may register for this individual workshop or the three-part series. Each workshop is $199 and the full series is $499. Save $50 on the complete series through 12/15 with the code EARLY50.
