Folk- rock duo performing at Francis William Bird park - Saturday, August 24
The acoustic folk-rock duo Creeque Alley, featuring regional musicians Dan Kirouac and Sean Fullerton, will bring their 1960s folk-rock presentation to the music court at Francis William Bird Park in East Walpole on Saturday, August 24th, at 4:00 PM.
The park is located at 135 Polley Ln.
With a variety of guitars, harmonicas, and two-part vocal harmonies, CREEQUE ALLEY performs the songs and tells the stories behind them. It’s an entertaining and historical look at American folk music and folk rock of the decade.
The concert is sponsored by The Friends of Francis William Bird Park and the Trustees of Reservations. Refreshments will be sold to help benefit upkeep and maintenance of the park, and extra donations will be gladly accepted. In the event of rain or threatening weather, concert will be moved to Sunday August 25th.
