Philharmonic Society of Arlington - Sponsor's Concert


On Sunday afternoon, May 5, 2024 at 3:00 PM, the Philharmonic Society of Arlington (PSA) will present its SPONSORS' CONCERT with the Arlington-Belmont Chorale and the Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra. This concert will be held at the First Parish Unitarian-Universalist Church, 630 Massachusetts Ave., Arlington. This venue is wheelchair accessible. Masking is optional. Led by Music Directors Barry Singer and Orlando Cela, our program will include: Marche Slave by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky Esto Les Digo by Kinley Lange In Flanders Field by Stephen Chatman Songs of Remembrance, Op. 100, No.6 “When from his mortal scene” by John Bavicchi Mass in D Minor (“Lord Nelson”) by Joseph Haydn Soloists for this program: Jaya Lakshminarayanan, Soprano Cindy Vredeveld, Mezzo-soprano Kartik Ayysola, Tenor Daniel Fridley, Bass Tickets are purchased at the door. General admission is $20; Seniors/Students $15; and Children 17 years and under $5. The Philharmonic Society of Arlington, Inc. (PSA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit community organization incorporating The Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra, The Arlington-Belmont Chorale, and The Arlington-Belmont Chamber Chorus.
