An Almost Spring Concert: Arlington-Belmont Chorale and Arlington-Belmont Chamber Chorus
The Philharmonic Society of Arlington presents the Arlington-Belmont Chorale and Arlington-Belmont Chamber Chorus in An Almost Spring Concert, “A Look Back: A Collection of Favorites from the Last 15 Years of Chorale Concerts”, which will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, 630 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA. Music Director Barry Singer and Assistant Conductor Sarah Robinson Seeber will lead the Chorale and Chamber Chorus in a diverse program of musical selections by:
Vittoria Aleotti, Amy Beach, Benjamin Britten, Stephen Chatman, Edward Elgar, Gomidas, Gustav Holst, Morten Lauridsen, Robert Pearsall, Giocchino Rossini, Randall Thompson, Kristina Vasiliauskaite, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Giuseppe Verdi, and Gwyneth Walker. The Chamber Chorus under the direction of Barry Singer will present the world premiere of Folk Lullabies: from Around the World, by Rebecca Sacks.
Tickets are purchased at the door: $20 General Admission; $15 Seniors/Students; $5 for Children 17 and under. This venue is wheelchair accessible. Masks must be worn to attend the concert.
