EQUIPOISE: Somatic Awareness to Enhance Your Posture, Breath & Movement


Learn new ways of being in and with your body by discovering the concepts of functional fitness, interoception, and tensegrity. The practices are deeply experiential, guiding you to reclaim and discover the power of your own unique body to both stand and move freely in the world. You will practice both stable and balancing movements and discover how to move more vibrantly and balance with greater ease.
