Boston Landing to Celebrate the Season with Holiday Tree Lighting

Boston Landing in Brighton is thrilled to kick off the holiday season with its first-ever Holiday Tree Lighting on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 4 P.M.–7 P.M. at Athletes Park, with the lighting taking place in the Park at 6 P.M. This free, family-friendly celebration invites the community to enjoy an evening filled with holiday cheer, festive activities, and seasonal surprises across the Boston Landing campus.

The event is free but registration is encouraged on Eventbrite. Follow eventbrite and instagram for weather related updates.

The celebration will feature roving carolers, Santa sightings, interactive crafts, and a community toy drive benefiting the West End House. Guests are encouraged to explore holiday activations and themed specials at favorite neighborhood destinations, including Broken Records, Rail Stop, Tradesman, Kohi Coffee, American Flatbread, and The Pearl. 

In addition to the lighting ceremony, event highlights include:

Mistletoe Lounge – check-in, DJ, faux fire, and West End House toy drive; guests are encouraged to buy from the West End House Amazon Wish List 

Holiday Mini Photo Sessions – featuring a festive red truck backdrop 

Roving Carolers & Santa Moments – throughout campus during the event 

Holiday Menus & Specials – across Boston Landing restaurants

Story Time with Mr. & Mrs. Claus – Tradesman (4 P.M.–4:30 P.M.)

Letters to Santa – Broken Records (4 P.M.–6 P.M.)

Kid’s Snowman Craft – Tradesman (4:30 P.M.–6 P.M.)

Mrs. Claus Cookie Kits – Kohi Coffee (5 P.M.–6 P.M.)

Bowling with Santa - American Flatbread (5 P.M.–6 P.M.)
