Reception begins at 6:00 PM and the dinner at 7:00 PM. Former Boston Police Commissioner William Gross — a former Scout Explorer leader — will serve as master of ceremonies. The Council will proudly present Robert Rivers, executive chairman of Eastern Bank, with the 48th Ralph Lowell Distinguished Citizen Award. Scouting Boston will also proudly recognize Amy Domini, founder of The Sustainability Group and Domini Funds, with the 40th T.L. Storer Conservation Leadership Award f...
