Juneteenth was made a federal holiday in 2021, 155 years after the first recorded Juneteenth celebrations. Join Brenna Wynn Greer PhD , award winning associate professor of history at Wellesley College, as she reviews the history and significance of Juneteenth as a holiday and a celebration.
