This presentation will provide useful insight from an enforcement point of view on what can be done with a property and what cannot: Spotting and correcting illegal apartments. Means of egress. Fire and life safety (Chapter 26F). Statute of limitations. Zoning (Chapter 40A). We will cover basics in land use, structures and what is allowed where.
