An event eight years in the making, the J. Alden & Virginia E. Keyser Center for Living History will proudly open its doors with a ribbon cutting and open house. This dynamic new space marks a major milestone for Alden Kindred of America, bringing the Alden story—and its center‐stage role in the early history of Duxbury and Plymouth Colony—to life in a bold, immersive exhibit.
We invite you to join us for this exciting new chapter, with guided tours, history demonstrations and 17th‐century stories from New Plimmoth Gard reenactors; an appearance by Priscilla Alden; and a first look at the Center’s hands‐on learning areas and interactive displays.
This transformative project has been made possible through the generosity and dedication of many supporters whose commitment to preserving Alden history helped bring this vision to life. The event is free and open to the public.
