Create your own 3D designs using TinkerCAD in this hands-on workshop led by Dan Saulnier, the library’s Technical Resource Specialist. This session will focus on designing models for printing. Participants who are new to the workshop can receive a brief overview of the design software and printing process, while returning participants can continue developing their own projects with guidance as needed. Those who are completely new to 3D printing are encouraged to attend the library's 3D Printing for Adults Demonstration when it is next offered for a more comprehensive introduction to the technology. Participants will save their files with library staff and pick up their printed item at the Main Desk on a later date.
Space is limited to 10 participants ages 20 and up, and online registration is required. Please register at tinyurl.com/3D-for-Adults.
Funding for this program has been provided by the Abbot Public Library Foundation.
