Refunds:
Notary is not responsible for refund if customer doesn’t show or is more than 10 minutes late to appointment at no fault to notary. Client may reschedule appointment with no penalty by contacting After Hourz Notary no less than 1 hour prior to appointment time.
Please allow 15 minute grace time for notary if late. If customer is unwilling to wait a refund will be made minus $10 service fee for notary.
