Moira Brouillard has sustained several injuries, which she has been able to recover from by becoming an active participant in the healing process. It is her intention to help you to feel better in your body by stretching and building strength, and in your mind by slowing down to find your inner calm.
Last year, Moira began training closely with Katie Behner at Pointe Barre Studios and started teaching a Gentle Stretch class at her studio. Currently, she is completing her 200 YTT certification in Compassionate Eclectic Hatha Yoga.
Once you are registered for a series, I will email you the zoom link. Make sure to download the zoom app prior to the class to avoid any potential technical issue.
