Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Using the 7 main energy centers (chakras), it aims to balance the flow of energy in the body in an effort to ease stress and emotional distress, promote relaxation, and support the healing of monor, persistant ailments.
In this 60 minute treatment, you will remain clothed while Cary lays hands over the 7 chakras and channels Qi, or universal energy. Her intention will be to re-balance these enengy centers. Sometimes they may be too open, or need to be activated and reawakened.
This is not massage. There is very little physical contact, only a gentle laying of hands with no pressure applied, so it is safe for everyone. Reiki can even be given in a seated position if lying down is uncomfortable.
Reiki practitioner, Cary LaLonde has been trained in Reiki Jin Kei Do since 2015 and has been practicing body work for almost 20 years.
Products used: crystals, aromatherapy (if desired), relaxing music, herbal tea.
