During a group training class, an instructor makes sure that students of all fitness levels and goals can exercise safely and efficiently
- The DPT group fitness classes are designed to help the students keep their joints happy, achieve their goals, and build strength and endurance. Instructors make an effort to really get to know all the students as well as conduct a brief onboarding session for new attendees to get to know their health and injury history and give them a chance to exercise in a safe way.
- The classes take place three times a week making the three-week option include 9 classes and the six-week option include 18 classes altogether
