- The office has a thorough deep disinfecting and cleaning procedures. Treatment rooms and doorknobs are disinfected between patients.

Sneeze guards have been installed at the reception desk. A credit card processor is on the front desk counter so patients can pay themselves. Cash is not accepted.

All employees and health care providers wear masks. All employees and health care providers wash their hands and use hand sanitizer between patients.

Front desk staff checks every patients’ temperature and conducts a brief interview asking if the patient has symptoms of any illness or has been in contact with someone sick. If the patient feels sick or had contact with a sick person, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Patients should not arrive more than five minutes before their appointment. All patients are required to wear masks inside the facility. Patients should enter from the front door alone unless they require assistance.
