One 90-Minute Chakra Balancing Massage with Crystal Healing
You're about to find your balance. This 90 minute treatment will put you on the path to mental, physical and spiritual relaxation using Crystal and Sound Therapy, Essential Oils, a Grounding Mat and Deeply Relaxing Massage. Working together this combination will open up your chakras, eliminate negative energy and stagnant points to activate your energy fields to clear the mind and create harmony between your body and soul.
Before you arrive the room is cleansed and blessed with healing sage to create a space of balance. The table is prepared with a grounding mat and an essence spray to make sure you remain connected to the earth. Once you arrive and are resting comfortably on the table, you therapist will place crystals to draw out negative energy and clear your energy field. Then, with tingsha chimes to activate the crystals and begin the awakening process for your chakras, the back of the body massage begins. Once the deep relaxation has set in your treatment continues as you transition to a face up position and the chakra specific stones are placed on the front of the body. Your therapist will then activate, open and balance each chakra individually before beginning the front of the body massage. Your treatment comes to an end with the ringing of the tingsha chimes, clearing any stagnant or negative energies that may have been released during your treatment, leaving your feeling cleansed and free from heaviness or stuck energy.
