In the year following Helene we continue to hold space for WNC residents to find community healing and connection.
In this 14-hour, interactive online training, you’ll learn the science of stress management and ways to build resilience in yourself and those around you. Discover easy-to-use, shareable tools that are designed for real life—whether you’re stressed at work, at home, or out and about in public.
