TOPIC: Join us for a wonderful online discussion with Faye Krause, a registered dietitian, nutritionist, and licensed facilitator for the “Am I Hungry?” mindful eating program.
Faye holds a Master of Science degree in exercise, fitness, and health promotion from George Mason University. She believes in a non-diet, small-step approach to lifestyle change and uses practical examples and hands-on education to help people of all ages find joy in nourishing their body, improving their overall health and well-being, and creating sustainable changes that will last a lifetime.
Faye is also the owner of Energized Intentions, LLC, a nutrition and fitness consulting business that provides workplace wellness programs, community classes, and individual nutrition consulting services.
