This Valentine’s Day, enhance the romance with a toes-in-the-sand private dining experience that pairs a four-course menu with an intimate beach setting. Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, situated on Fort Lauderdale’s largest stretch of private beach, sets the scene for an indulgent and immersive Barefoot Dining Experience with a table for two set on the sandy shore, surrounded by sunset views and the gentle embrace of the ocean breeze.
The menu for the seaside experience, specially curated by Executive Chef Mikey Termini, includes crispy cacio e pepe bites with vodka sauce and pesto aioli; tuna tataki with ginger & soy daikon salsa; a truffle baby gem salad; and surf and turf pairing of Wagyu New York steak and butter poached lobster tail with celery root puree, charred asparagus, prosciutto chip, and bordelaise. The finale is a beet panna cotta with lemon mascarpone, pomegranate, and hazelnut. The indulgent evening Moet Chandon Brut Imperial, a sommelier-selected bottle of wine, and a dessert cocktail pairing.
Available exclusively the evening of Feb. 14, 2025 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., the pre-fixe menu is priced at $185 per person. Reservations are required and can be made on OpenTable.
