Father's Day on the Rocks 2025
Guests will learn how to create our signature Smoked Old Fashioned, featuring Redemption bourbon whiskey, in an interactive session led by our Lead Bartender. The evening continues with a tasting of high-end bourbons that showcase the depth and complexity of this celebrated spirit. Light snacks and canapés, thoughtfully prepared by Executive Chef Pablo Valencia, will be served to complement the experience.
Following the event, attendees are invited to extend the Father's Day celebration with an exclusive 10% savings on dinner when they choose to stay and dine.
