Guest Pianist HieYon Choi Recital and Master Class
One of the most sought-after pianists of her generation, HieYon Choi gained international recognition after winning prizes at major competitions. She has since performed with renowned orchestras including the National Symphony, Berliner Rundfunk and the Seoul Philharmonic. Her recital program includes the Beethoven Waldstein Sonata and Ravelís Gaspard de la Nuit. After 24 years as a tenured professor at Seoul National University, Choi joined the Peabody Institute faculty in Baltimore in 2023.
Lynn University's Conservatory of Music piano majors will perform for her in the master class part of this event.
