On October 24th, enjoy a toast and remarks from The Botanist Gin representative before starting your dinner.
This five-course dinner is curated by Executive Chef Simon Apollonio to expertly pair nutritious dishes with the flavors of The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, which is made by expert spirit makers at Bruichladdich Distillery using 22 hand-foraged local botanicals.
This dinner event starts with a Botanist Gin representative-led toast at 5:30 p.m, followed by the five-course seated dinner at 6:00 p.m.

This Pairing Dinner is TULĀ’s third dinner of its new series, “Uncorked Events,” which will take place monthly.
