SOMething Scary Haunted House
This year’s event is raising the final dollars needed to open the Community Classroom Kitchen, a culinary workforce training program that will feed our neighbors, equip our teens and young adults with valuable professional and life skills and get families and friends inspired to connect over healthy and (really) good food.
CCK is committed to gathering families and neighbors together around a healthy dinner table. Inspiring young adults to become food entrepreneurs is what we do. By connecting chefs and culinary experts with those who are eager to learn, we are able to co-create the future of the vital industry.
As they do each year, the Space of Mind students spend their first academic trimester mixing their research, ideas and talents with creative storytelling, original music compositions, amazing costumes and a true community spirit to host downtown Delray’s celebrated Halloween event for anyone who likes to dance, eat, play games, do some art, buy some fun swag, win rad prizes and just generally get spooky with it.
