Join artist Rachel Parish for a two hour participatory workshop exploring ancestry through plants, storytelling, and sensory experience. Participants will trace personal and familial migration paths through guided reflection and conversation, then translate these lineages into material form by blending a custom herbal tea or a simple botanical scent. Working with edible, medicinal, and aromatic plant materials, the workshop invites both research-based and intuitive approaches to identity, offering a space to steep memory, extract connection, and infuse personal history into shared experience. No prior experience required.
