TRIBUTE TO THE HAG FEATURING: RUDY PARRIS, NORM HAMLET, & THE ROUNDERS
Known for his apperance on NBC’s The Voice, with Blake Shelton. Parris also fronted Buck Owens band, The Buckaroos and played for Hank Williams III. Parris’ las album Makin My Way was recorded at Captiol Records Hollywood. They very same studio Merle recorded some of his greatest works.
Joining Rudy is Norm Hamlet, steel guitarist and band leader for Merle Haggard. Norm played with Merle 49 years. Recording over 30 number one hit songs. At 88 years old Norm is the last stranger standing. He is a true American icon.
Backing band The Rounders are the longest running Country Music Act in Central California. Featuring original members Tommy Graham, Steve Forcum, Ron Smith, and Tim Johnson. The band has been performing for almost 40 years together. A Tribute To The Hag is done in true sense of The Bakersfield Sound.
