Chef's Home Table-virtual cooking class + wine tasting


For the third edition of our virtual cooking class, we will be teaming up with Truffle Shuffle’s founder and French Laundry Alum Chef Jason McKinney. Chef Jason will walk you through this incredible cooking class and dining experience from the comfort of your home! Saturday, April 29th at 4 pm (PST) log on to create a mouthwatering American Wagyu Steak and a stunning hasselback potato. Learn all the techniques to create this delicious meal, and pair it with our fabulous wines. Kits create two (2) servings and are $230 Normal Price and $210 for Collective Club Members. Each kit includes: Everything needed for two servings of the American Wagyu Steak with Hassleback potatoes. Host Jason McKinney, from Truffle Shuffle, and Sarah Farley, from ONX Wines, to walk you through the cooking and wine pairings. 750ml Bottle of 2018 Reckoning, Syrah-led Blend.
