This $15,000 award supports our Assistive Technology Repair and Reuse Program—helping repair and purchase durable medical equipment for people with disabilities in Kern County. By restoring mobility devices like walkers, wheelchairs, and scooters, we help individuals stay independent, connected, and out of isolation—while also keeping valuable equipment out of local landfills.
