In the spirit of Hot Luck Fest taking place on Memorial Day Weekend, Aaron Franklin’s East Side spot will welcome Turkey and the Wolf for a one-day feature of the beloved New Orleans sandwich shop! A limited menu of inventive and nostalgic sandwiches will be available for purchase during the pop-up, including the Collard Green Melt, Fried Bologna, Uptown Wolf and Uptown Smashr. Turkey and the Wolf has become a go-to spot in New Orleans, receiving praise from GQ and Food & Wine, and has been a semifinalist for the James Beard Awards.
