Birch Restaurant x Uptown Sports Club Collaboration
Known for contemporary farm-to-table fare rooted in the celebration of flavors and ingredients of the American Heartland, James Beard Award-nominated Knall will create an exclusive menu alongside pitmaster Franklin that showcases an elevated yet playful take on the beloved Midwest tradition – with a Texas edge.
