Uchibā Austin March Uncommon Ramen featuring Garbo's
Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series at Uchibā that takes place on the first Monday of the month and features innovative ramen dishes either developed in-house or in collaboration with guest chefs. Garbo’s Fresh Maine Lobster brings authentic New England seafood to Austin with a focus on quality, community, and accessible luxury.
